What to visit in Coahuila?

1. Saltillo

Saltillo not only stands out for being the capital of the state of Coahuila, but also because it is one of the most outstanding cities in northern Mexico for its streets full of culture, history and legends. It is said that the name of the city comes from the colonial era, when the Spaniards who began to develop this town found a small waterfall sprouting from some rocks on a hill, as it was rather small, it was named Saltillo.

2. Cuatro Ciénegas

In the state of  Coahuila  Zaragoza, cohabits a beautiful and warm town that you will want to visit when we talk to you about it. This is Cuatro Ciénegas, named Pueblo Mágico is a colonial village surrounded by a Protected Natural Area, which bears the same name.

4. Torreón

5. Candela

Candela has always been a free town, its inhabitants say that with pride. Since the foundation of the Villa de San Carlos de la Candela, inhabitants of Monclova, Zacatecas, Monterrey, Guadalajara and some mulattoes who never knew slavery settled in the now Magical Town, as the Candelenses say, this town never knew of that .

6. Matamoros

The Comarca Lagunera owes its name to the fact that it is located in an area where there were 13 lagoons, and it is currently one of the most important points in northeastern Mexico. Among the municipalities that make it up is Matamoros, a small city located a few kilometers from Torreón.
